Sponsorship
Our Festival's objective is to celebrate and educate about our Scottish and Celtic heritage. The Scots and Scots-Irish were instrumental in the initial settlement of what is now West Virginia. Most West Virginians have at least some Scots and Scots-Irish ancestry, but many know little about either their own ancestry or the culture that has contributed so much to our State and Country.
About one-third of the cost of the Festival comes from admission charges, another one-third from miscellaneous sources, and one-third from grants and sponsors. The Festival has enjoyed support from the West Virginia Division of Culture and History, the West Virginia Division of Tourism, the Greater Bridgeport Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Harrison County Commission, and a lot of other organizations and individuals.
If you are in a position to do so, we would like you to consider becoming a sponsor. As explained on the separate Sponsor Commitment page, any amount will be appreciated and sponsors receive recognition and benefits based on the sponsorship amount.
Please contact Kevin Anderson if you have any questions. He can be reached at 304-534-3737 (H) or daa223@juno.com.
Thanks for your support.
